Scott State Park
For fishing, boating, hiking and other outdoor
activities visit the Scott State Park and Lake located 12 miles north
of Scott City. A park permit is required.
El Quartelejo
Located in Scott State Park, this Indian dwelling
is an interesting historical site to visit.
El Quartellejo Museum
Located in Scott City on west Highway 96, this museum houses special exhibits
which change throughout the year.
Squaw's Den
Located near Scott State Park, this is the site of the last Indian battle
in Kansas.
Monument Rocks
Located 20 miles north of Scott City, the monuments are naturally formed
limestone rock.
Finnup Park and
Zoo
Located 35 miles south of Scott City in Garden City, this newly renovated
zoo is a one and only in western Kansas.
Majestic
Located on main street in Scott City, this recently restored historical
theater is available for dining and live entertainment
Wild
Wings Kansas Pheasant Hunting
A guide and hunting service that specializes in Pheasant Hunting as well
as Quail and Chukar hunts. Wild Wings Hunting caters to private pheasant
hunting parties and small groups pheasant hunters.
